The true reason I let you know and read these CapitalOneEvil.com web sites is because I think Capital One is a evil bank, they say they will resolve my case within 60 days, but even my psychiatrist told me already: There are over 61,000 complaints against Capital One credit card, if they pay me one million dollars for my protest, what are they going to do to the other 61,000 angry victims? Capital One know that if Visa or Master Card get enough of complaints from us angry victims, Visa and Master Card will take away their credit card business. So they try to promo their credit card into their own brand, in their TV commercials, they don't call it Capital One Visa or Capital One Master Card, it's always a acting smart lady holding a credit card saying: "Robbers can not hurt me, I put all of my money into Capital One Card !" then all the robbers will groan' leave and quit on the burglary. They try to push this promotion so hard that they had put this TV commercials on air everyday. Want to make people believe that only "Capital 1 Card" can protect people. What's in your wallet?! And they have their web sites called "CapitalOne.com" and "CapitalOneCard.com" and "Capital1.com" and other domain names. Guess what? I post the protest digests on lots of web, one new web site is called "Capital1Card.com". When their debt collector informed them about my new web sites, they changed their TV commercials, right now, they don't end their TV commercials with "Capital 1 card" any more, they changed the ending into "Capital One" with the echo of "Capital One", "Capital One"... and they mailed me the fraud form for me to fill. I posted my protest on "BadServices.com" over 2 years, they didn't give it a damn. (Of course they don't, there are over 61,000 complaints already!) Happy new year. You have sent me to a new collection agent, and I have filed this case to more web sites complaints forum. We're getting some good connections this year, I promise you this year we're going to get you really something this year. Dear IRS: Capital One Bank still report they are paying interest to my Capital One accounts security deposit. I never get any interest income from this bank. I paid them security deposit twice to get 2 credit cards, they gave me third one because I cancelled the first one and complained about it creating late charges and overlimit fees even I pay the balance full and on time. The story end up with I cancelled all 3 of these credit cards and refuse to pay anything to them. They post me bad credit report 32 times in 2 years' send me to different collection agents and cause me lost my job and developed health problems. They never give me my security deposits back. I never get any interest income from this bank. They are still report you that they are paying interests to my cancelled accounts. Please remember to go after this issue after this case is over.

| Dear Capital One Bank: I write to inform you that I intend to file suit against your bank for violations of both state and federal law regarding fair debt collection and fair credit reporting practices. Specifically, your bank reported me as delinquent 32 times in 2 years, an obscene attempt to harass and harm me. At no time did any of your account representatives take the time to work with me and determine the exact reason why you felt I owed you past due payments on my credit card. Instead, you snatch my security deposit, snatch my payment checks 3 times in 4 months, all I received was harassment in the form of past due notices, collection letters, 32 times bad credit report in 2 years, and scheduled go on until next 6 years.
2.You always post my payment check late, and because the credit limit is so low, I also got over limit fee $25 plus the late charge $25 and the interest, sometimes I had to pay more than $50 dollars for nothing, just because you don't credit my payment check, and I still use the card. I warned you twice, it still happened, I cancelled the first card, you did not refund my security deposit in full, gave me the third credit card, made me believe the new one could be better, and lured me still paying two Annual membership frees for two cards from you. 3.You still post my payment check late, the second credit card with higher limit still keep creating the late charge and over limit fee. I cancelled the second credit card, this time you never refund me any more security deposit. You told me that there is a Fitness Center auto-charge $10 from the CANCELLED card, you added late charge $25 and interest charge, demanded me to pay $40 dollars for these non-sense. I paid Fitness Center in cash and changed the Fitness Center membership, you still let this non-sense auto-charge keep growing into hundreds dollars, and still keep demanding me to pay this non-sense for this CANCELLED second card. 4.I refused your non-sense collecting letters, asked you not to mail me these non-sense anymore. I mailed them back to you with my payment checks for the third credit card every month. You started to report me bad credit for this CANCELLED second card, and also started to snatch my payment checks for the third credit card, 3 times in 4 months, cashed my checks, not to post the credit amount. For the third credit card, even I mailed my checks in every most early post service, I got "NO PAYMENT RECEIVED" on my monthly statement, 3 times in 4 months, of course there are Late charges' Over limit fee' Interest fees. Consumer alert, Capital One Bank
has spreading their Visa Credit
card application letters again. In the letter there are some evil catches
already, let me remind you some of them:
Capital One saying Your introductory purchase APR is 0%, but in the small print, it saying: Beginning with your March 2001 billing period, a variable rate of LIBOR plus **.**%, current 29.99%. It also saying (in a very small small print) your annual percentage rate for purchase may vary monthly. printing in such a small size. Capital One saying it's Annual membership free, but in another small print, it saying $0 for the first year, $29 thereafter. printing in such a small size. Capital One increases their Late payment fee into $29, over-the-credit-limit fee $29, printing in such a small size. The fees used to be $25. What do I care about these fees? I used to have 3 of Capital One credit cards. (What??? Three credit cards from this bank, at the same time???) They post my payment checks late every now and then, charged interest and late fees on my accounts that had been paid on time. In some months I often had to pay the late charge plus the over limit fee they created. I got the second card because they told me they will give me 3 times credit limit for the security deposit I give them. I cancelled the first credit card because they created these charges more than twice, they did not refund my security deposit in full, but they gave me the third credit card saying it's better than the cancelled one. I cancelled the second credit card because it still creating late charges and over limit fees, they said there is $10 auto charge on it after I cancelled it, and they added late charge asked me to pay Forty something ( I dispute these nonsense fees all these years, never remember the exactly amount), I dispute their nonsense and paid my third card balance in full and very early mail every month to make sure they have no more excuse to create late charges, they just snatched 3 of my payment checks for the third credit card in 4 months to force me call back to talk to them. I had to buy the photo copy to prove that these checks had been cashed or else I would always getting "No Payment Received" in these monthly statements. I cancelled the third credit cards and still dispute their creation late charges, they snatched my security deposit money and send me to different debt collectors each month, and post me bad credit report 32 times in 2 years. (Last time I checked, it shall be more than 40 times in this year. The Forty something dollars I started to dispute has grown into $865.96 at August 02,2000, And guess how much money they are forcing to collect from me now?) The case is the latest in a number of recently reported settlements of consumer lawsuits against credit card companies. Last week Chase Manhattan Corp. (NYSE:CMB - news) paid $22.2 million to settle claims that the bank charged interest and late fees on accounts that had been paid on time. Last month, Citigroup Inc. (NYSE:C - news) unit Citibank settled similar claims for $45 million; and in June, Providian Financial Corp. (NYSE:PVN - news) paid $300 million to settle charges of providing misleading information on rates and fees. In the MBNA lawsuit, plaintiff Andrew Spark said that in 1995, MBNA offered an interest rate of 6.9 to 9.9 percent - about half the going rate - on cash advances and on accounts transferred from other card issuers. Spark accepted the offer, as did 1.8 million others. When we cancelled the American Express, the web site company could not get the auto-charge again, you know why? I had 3 credit cards from Capital One Bank, and I cancelled all of them, here is the bad services from the bank. You will learn the tricks they have been doing from my story: I had my second VISA from Capital One, because my first one keep getting me "OVER LIMIT FEE", and of course, fiance charge, late charge every month, even that I paid my balance off every month. ( I did not realize how they do that, but you will figure out their trick after you go through my expericnce from this bank.) The second VISA got me higher credit limit, and after I warned them about this "OVER LIMIT FEE", they still gave me almost once every one or two month, I cancelled the first VISA. Capital One gave me third VISA, since they made me believe that this one come with better charge rate, I then kept it and use two cards. The second and the third ones. Things were nothing better, even I paid off balances every due day, I still got finance charge, sometimes late charge, and sometimes, "OVER LIMIT FEE", that something other bank never get the nerve to invent this term of blood sucking charge. I then cancelled the SECOND credit card and use only the THIRD VISA. Capital One Bank refused to let me to ternimate thier card business with me, even I PAID OFF the balance and CANCELLED the second VISA, I used to charge $10 each month into this VISA for a fitness center, since I cancelled the card and I called the fitness center about I did not go to that gym anymore, Capital One Bank still let the monthly automatic charge $10 posted into my cancelled SECOND VISA. Plus the fiance charge, and demanded me to pay. I return the statement and told CAPITAL ONE that I had paid off and cancelled the card already. The next month, the statement come with late charge, fiance charge, and another $10 for the month. I rejected the statement. And next month, the statements come with more fiance charge, more late charge, ... ... I still have my internet account monthly charge pay by our business American Express card, when we cancelled the card, the internet company had to write me and ask me to give them new credit card number. And of course CAPITAL ONE BANK never want to do this kind of basic service to the customers, they just keep let the fitness center charged into $10 dollars and $10 dollars, fiance charge, late charge,evry month, until that I never want to read these kind of statements no more. In the mean time, since I only use THIRD card that time, I finally figure out how they get to charge me OVER LIMIT FEE, late charge, fiance charge all the time: the trick is, doesn't matter how soon I mailed out my payment, they only post the amount when they feel like it. For a example, I charged$666.79 in one month, and $443.24 in the next month, even I paid off every month, but they don't post it. They got my check, they cashed my check, they just don't want to post it to my credit. So I got over thousand dollars balance on this actually paid off accont, so I got OVER LIMIT FEE' Fiance charge' late charge, in the next month even I only wanted to charge $50 to a simple mail order. And things got worse after I kept rejecting their statement for my SECOND CANCELLED VISA over months . I think I had return their stupid statements for that $10 charge over and over, the balance piled upto $300? $400? I don't even care to remember how many months they kept adding up fiance and late charge to reach that amount. I wrote them if they don't stop this harassment I'm going to sue them. And guess what? The Empire Strike Back!! Sep 30, the mail order store called and told me that my credit card is no good. Oct.,, the next onth I finally got the statement, it's all kind of charges every where, they did not post my $666.79. The next month, Nov., I got their statements of both cards, the SECOND cancelled VISA, I told them the same thing, I refuse to pay it. And I cancelled all 3 of them. I paid off the balance and cancelled the FIRST one because of their ridiculous OVERLIMIT FEE and other blood sucking over charges. CAPITAL ONE offered me another credit card, told me the THIRD credit card is supposed to be a better one, made me believe that I got a better charge rate.

That's why even I paid off the balance every month, I still got Finance Charge all the time, then sometimes they FORGOT your payment or hold it a little bit, then I got OVERLIMIT FEE so easy. And you can not cancel it, they will snatch your check more often since you have already decide to cancel.) 7/17 Capital One $20.64 not cashed Now, Dear Capital One, here is my words to u before we see each other in the court: Because I do have the checking records of how much payments I paid u these years, u had to put these amount back into the new list. But unfortunately these was a mess, u could never revise your re-print to make sense. Of four of these my payments of the checks $666.79, $79.95, $67.39 and $187.45. I only saw $666.79 (because I called and spent money to get a photo copy from my bank to prove u cashed it)' $79.95. The other two checks $67.39 and $187.45, I never see them until u mail me your re-print, somebody in your department had just decide to snatch them and ignore my complain. U decided to teach me a lesson of not agree on your OVERLIMIT FEE and dare to cancel two credit cards from U. Until I post this in the internet, U just put every check into the re-print, unfortunally, the revised re-print still don't make sense, what? some check cashed with LATE CHARGE, and some Don't? Your style is supposed to case every of my check with LATE CHARGE every month. Eventually some consumer department shall send some programmer to go through your programming system, u got quiet a charging machine to make money. Totally u have snatched 3 of my checks ($666.79' $67.39 and $187.45), I like to find out who decide to do this to me, U are a BANK? and U can do anything to me??? U can snatch my checks and maybe I don't even know it? If I know it, I need to spend money to buy the photo copy to prove it, and u just post the amount? I then paid off the balance and close my second Capital One credit card to inform you that I was close this account too. You gave me another credit card and never let me close this one, now, could you explain this to the public, after more than half year, how could this paid off ZERO balance become anew balance $167.32? In case you don't know how to read your own statement, let me read it for you: Previous Balance $129.77 Payments, Credits and Adjustments $.00 (Are u sure there is nobody cashed my check and did not tell you?)
